Registration Fee: $20.00 for ALL students if paid by AUG. 25, 2011; $25.00 thereafter

UNLIMITED CLASSES: $575.00 per quarter per student. No further discounts apply.
A 10% late fee will be assessed after 30 days
A Discount of 10% will be given after 1st class. This discount is per student.
Costume fees:
o Creative/Kinderdance: $60.00 each if paid in full by Nov.1, 2011,
$70.00 thereafter.
o All Other Costumes: $75.00 each if paid in full by Nov.1, 2011,
$85.00 thereafter.
o All XL sizes add $10.00
No Refunds after 30 days
