Dear Parents and Dancers,
As we wrap up the dance season, here is some important information:

Ticket pick-up day: May 24, 25 and 26 from 4:30-8:00 pm. Tickets are still available for both shows!

Last day of Classes: Monday, June 7 (unless otherwise specified by teacher).

Picture Day: Tuesday, June 8th at Studio A. National Portrait will be at the studio from 3:00-9:00. If you are interested in being photographed in costume, come into the studio and sign up for a time slot. Information on prices and packages are available at the studio. On picture day please have your order filled out and ready to hand to the photographer. There will also be a photographer at dress rehearsal from 4:00 to 8:00 however we ask that you do not let it conflict with your scheduled dance time.

Dress Rehearsal: Friday, June 11 at Hatboro-Horsham High School. This is not open to the public. We ask that only one parent accompany their dancer. When you arrive, you and your child should look for their assigned seats in the auditorium. The name of the song will be posted at the end of the aisles. It is extremely important to keep your child with you at all times. Our main concern is to avoid congestion in front of the stage so we can continue to run a smooth dress rehearsal. If you would like to video tape, please do so from your seat. No cameras will be allowed at the recital. A video of the entire show will be available for purchase. Video forms will be available both at the studio and dress rehearsal.

YOUR SCHEDULED TIME FOR DRESS REHEARSAL IS LISTED ON THE BACK. All dancers must be in full costume, warmed up and ready to perform at least 15 minutes before your scheduled dance time.
Due to strict time restraints, each dance is allowed only one time to run through their routine. In the event that we experience technical difficulties, please allow extra time in your schedule. Once your routine has been completed on stage you are dismissed.

Backstage help is needed! We will need volunteers for each class to help out backstage during the recital. You will not need to purchase a ticket. Please let us know if you are interested. Volunteers are also needed for ushers and ticket collecting.

Dance Recital: Saturday, June 12 at HHHS. All dancers performing in the 12:00 show should arrive at 11:30. All dancers performing in the 5:00 show should arrive at 4:30. Dancers must enter through the first door located in the circular driveway. All audience members should enter through the main school doors. Please to not go into the restricted areas unless you have a backstage pass. Creative Dance and Kinderdance will be dismissed from the lobby or directly from the stage immediately after intermission unless arrangements have been made with your teacher. We are very privileged to be using Hatboro-Horsham High School. This is a beautiful facility and we feel it is our responsibility to keep it that way. THERE IS NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES PERMITTED IN THE AUDITORIUM!!!
