Dear Horsham Dance Ensemble Company members and Parents,

It’s time once again, to prepare for our annual presentation of the Nutcracker “The Kingdom of the sweets.” Anyone dancing with the company must take a minimum of
2 Ballet classes per week. Once again Saturday classes will be held and the cost is still $10.00 per class, paid by the week. If you are taking unlimited classes you do not have to pay this fee. The rehearsal fee is listed below. This is NOT included in the unlimited class rate. If you are taking the Saturday class as your second ballet class, please have an alternate class during the week that you can attend when Saturday class is canceled due to extra rehearsal time needed. Saturday classes are MANDATORY from September through December. The list below is the cast list for this year’s show. The casting was based on the commitment letters I received. If anyone is not on the list but is interested please let me know. If you are unable to perform in the company’s fall show let me know ASAP so your role can be re-casted.

Rehearsal fees are due no later than September 1st. Please make this payment separate from tuition payments.
Jr. Co. Fee-$85.00 this includes Chinese and Bon Bons (1 FEE)

Sr. Co Fee-$110.00 this includes Flowers, Snow, Angels, Candy Canes, Spanish (1 FEE)
Soloists and duos-$135.00
This fee covers the cost of all rehearsals!

12:15-1:15 Jr. Co. class
1:15-1:45 Jr. Co. rehearsal
1:45-2:45 Sr. Co. class
2:45 -4:30 Sr. Co. rehearsals
4:30 TBA as necessary

Rehearsal schedules will be given out at the first rehearsal. Please let me know of any conflicts and I will try to schedule around them if possible. I would like to perform at the Horsham Community Center again this year and also do a community service out reach performance. Nothing has been finalized yet. I welcome suggestions for a place to perform. I would like to perform the 2nd. And 3rd. weekend in December and I will let you know dates ASAP!
