Dear Parents and Dancers,
At this time, we hope everyone is settled in their classes and enjoying their learning experience. We will soon be mailing you an account review to be sure we have all of our student information filed correctly. We ask that if there are any discrepancies in our information and yours, please return it to the studio with corrections.
We are happy to announce that our 16th Annual Dance Recital will be held at Hatboro-Horsham high school on Saturday, June 12, 2010, with Dress Rehearsal on June 11. Within the next few weeks, we will be taking measurements and sizing each student for their recital costumes. Our costume order must be placed early to guarantee arrival for the show. Therefore, all costumes must be paid for by November 1. At this time, notify the office if your child will not be performing in the recital. PLEASE inform us no later than December 1st. More information regarding the recital will be available in the spring. Please be aware that there will be 2 shows and some dancers will be performing in both. Although we cannot guarantee keeping siblings in the same show, we make every effort to do so.
MARK YOUR CALENDARS:
November 1 – Costume fees due
Creative Dance and Kinderdance costumes are $60.00 if paid by Nov. 1, $70.00 thereafter
All other costumes are $75.00 if paid by Nov. 1, $85.00 thereafter
Reminder: Add $10.00 for any extra large size
November 15 – Dance Ensemble performance of The Nutcracker is being held at the Horsham Township Community Center. All are invited to attend.
November 25, 26, 27, 28 - Studio will be closed for Thanksgiving
December 6 – Dance Ensemble performance of The Nutcracker (Ann’s Choice)
December 21 through January 3 – Studio closed for winter break
(Studio reopens January 4)
** In case of inclement weather, call the studio no earlier than 1 hour prior to the start of class time. We do not always follow Hatboro-Horsham school district’s schedule, however, if there is a change of weather midday, we do follow the district’s closings.
